Collin says FeedDemon (http://www.bradsoft.com/feeddemon) is hands down the best RSS reader for Windows.
NetNewsWireLite (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/8394) is a really nice one for Mac OS X for folks who don’t have iPhoto 6.
You’ll need the feed URL for your photocast to plug in to these apps. I assume Apple gives it to you when you create the photocast or do a Get Info on an existing one.

Thanks Dave. This is good information. The URL of the published album is included in the announcement sent to potential subscribers. Remember that your pictures must be in an album in order to photocast and you must be a .mac user. To receive the photos, you must subscribe to the Photocast but you don’t have to be a .mac user.
Dot Mac users should take advantage of the Learning Center which lists some straight forward steps to creating Photocasts as well as information on other components of iLife 06.
I hope members who will now be trying some new stuff in iPhoto will share their experiences here.
