1GB iPod Nanos

February 7th, 2006 in Apple

Apple has quietly changed their iPod lineup, adding a 1GB ($149) version of the nano to the existing 2GB ($199) and 4GB ($249) models.

Also, They’ve also reduced the price of the iPod shuffles: the 512MB version is now $69 and the 1GB model is down to $99. I’ve got a 512MB shuffle and I really love its tiny size and near indestructability so this is a great deal. If you don’t have an iPod but like music this is a great way to get started.

I just checked and at the moment Best Buy and Target are still showing the old higher prices for the shuffles so the online Apple Store or a retail Apple Store location might be your best bet.
