I am in the process of making some changes to the web site so please ignore any transient appearance oddities.

So far I’ve made a few fairly subtle changes to the site look and I’ve started work to integrate the presentation schedule directly into the normal postings as well as summarize them in a new Presentation section in the sidebar on the right. When completed you will be able to see future meeting topics at a glance, view their full descriptions and leave comments in advance of the actual meeting. This will be very handy for coordinating necessary resources, arranging rides or in general getting our collective act together ahead of time.

At the bottom of the Presentation section you’ll find a new link titled Subscribe in iCal. Clicking on the link will launch iCal and allow you to subscribe to a dynamically updated ACAMUG events calendar. The calendar will update whenever a presentation topic posting is changed if you instruct iCal to automatically Refresh when you subscribe (refreshing once a day is sufficient). How cool is that?

06-Feb-10 Update: I’ve changed the URL for the iCal feed so you’ll have to re-subscribe to it or change the URL in iCal to http://acamug.org/calendar/ical.
